Dr Russell Darroch brings an extensive background to Jansz Group. As an ANU lecturer he he helped establish Womens Studies, Environmental Studies, and Environmental Psychology in addition to running the Honours program for many years and a significant number of PhD students. With a background in computing and social psychology he has extensive experience in data, databases, survey design, statistics, analysis, and research methods. Since 1979 he had been closely involved with modern computing, particularly focused on Microsoft and Apple technologies. 
 
As one of the original Microsoft Certified professionals he has extensive experience as a Microsofft Insider on Windows operating systems, all Office products, SharePoint, SQL Server, Exchange, and Teams. He has concentrated on training, consulting, and architecture.  With work in all advanced training and consulting in Office products he has skills in VBA, macros, and other Office tools. Recent work has also focused on the evolving technologies in all versions of SharePoint and Office, particularly the Online versions. Working as an occasional Microsoft consultant he has helped to assess and rectify problems in a number of businesses over the last 3 decades, including many Federal departments, ACT government agencies, the Australian National University (Australian Space Agency), Microsoft, and one of the big 4 banks. As a troubleshooter his broad experience in training, consulting, and architecture enables him to assess situations thoroughly and as quickly as circumstances permit. He has held Secret level security clearances for multiple agencies. As the owner of major training companies he has worked with virtually every Federal department but in particular has done training and consulting roles with Treasury in past years. 

Bachelor of Information Technology and Communications BIS and Ecommerce (with Honours) in 2001.  Given my extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Suite, my training predominantly focuses on advanced courses and the high-end user. I am however, just as comfortable facilitating courses at the introductory level. My training repertoire includes; Project, Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, PowerBI, Visio, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat. Aside from training, I have undertaken major projects with major companies (Sydney, Brisbane & Gold Coast) in Microsoft Office related consulting.
My delivery of courses also incorporates the following topic areas to ensure participants meet their objectives:
