If you are an organisation we can create a service for you. Your employees could book themselves in for sessions at times that are convenient for them.
The learner experience for online coaching looks like this:
- Learner clicks on link to book session
- Learner chooses session and provides contact details
- Learner and coach receive confirmation of the booking via email with a link to join the meeting. A calendar attachment is also included so that the learner can insert the item into their Outlook calendar with the click of a mouse.
- (optional) Learner receives a reminder email that their session is coming up
- 5 minutes before the start time of coaching session, the learner opens the link provided in confirmation email/reminder email/calendar item to join a Teams meeting.
- Learner has the option to install Teams, this is ideal but not necessary – the learner can use Teams in a browser or your preferred method of video conferencing.
- At time of booked session both the learner and coach will be connected virtually and the session begins.
